2012 Texas Football season tickets are in the mail
Aug. 6, 2012
The 2012 Texas Football home opener against Wyoming is approaching fast! Season tickets and parking permits are in the mail beginning Monday, August 6. Longhorn Foundation donors can find out their seat location(s) and parking permit assignment now by logging into their DonorNet account.
There are three separate mailings this year for donors (if eligible):
The delivery method (mail or will call) and address you selected for your season tickets will be used for your parking permit and hospitality scan cards.
Season tickets are being sent regular mail with no signature required. Season ticket holders who opted to pick their tickets up from will call can expect to receive an email from the ticket office in mid-August when their tickets will be available for pick up. Once you receive an email indicating that your season tickets are ready, you can pick them up at our ticket office located on the first floor of Bellmont Hall (2100 San Jacinto Blvd.), on the west side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. The Athletics Ticket Office is open weekdays from 9 am - 4 pm.
Parking permits are being sent via the United States Postal Service's (USPS) priority mail, signature required service. Once your permit is in the mail, those donors with a valid email address on file with The Longhorn Foundation should expect to receive an email that will include your tracking number. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your package will be returned to your local post office for pick up. The USPS will most likely only make one delivery attempt. Although packages should be signed for, sometimes your local USPS delivery person will leave the package in a safe place at your residence. Parking permits selected for will call can be picked up at the ticket office.
New for 2012: Hospitality scan cards will allow eligible donors to access both the Champions Club and the Longhorn Corral Club. Hospitality season scan cards will be mailed separately from both season tickets and parking in mid-August, but will not require a signature upon receipt. Any patron who requested to pick up their season tickets and parking permit from will call must also pick up their hospitality area scan cards from the ticket office.
Tickets for away games, including Texas-OU and Ole Miss, are currently being allocated. The Longhorn Foundation will release run-out levels for these games as soon as they are available. All away game tickets will be mailed two to three weeks prior to the game.
Premium seating season ticket opportunities are still available throughout the stadium! Please call The Longhorn Foundation office at (512) 471-4439 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A limited number of regular season and individual game tickets are still available at www.texasboxoffice.com or by calling the ticket office at (512) 471-3333.
