The 2010 Texas Football Spring Jamboree presented by Time Warner Cable will take place on Sunday, April 4, at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium and include the annual Fan Fest at 1:30 p.m. followed by the Orange-White Game at 4 p.m.
Admission to all events is free.
Be on hand early to see the team arrive at approximately 2 p.m. when they will enter through the Tom and Cinda Hicks North Gate.
Activities inside the Red McCombs Red Zone begin at 1:30 p.m. and will include an inflatable superslide, moonwalk, carnival games, photos with Big Bertha the bass drum, fan giveaways, silent auctions for Longhorns memorabilia, and more.
Also, for a unique perspective of NCAA Track & Field, fans can visit the interactive display in the Red McCombs Red Zone. It features interesting facts, records and select equipment from collegiate and professional track and field events.
Activities outside the Red McCombs Red Zone will include Southwest Dairy Farms Mobile Dairy Classroom, photos with the Silver Spurs and Bevo, and more.
Come early to receive a complimentary copy of the 2009 Texas Football Yearbook to commemorate the Big 12 Championship season, while supplies last.
Gates open at 1:30 p.m. Event parking at Manor Garage, San Jacinto Garage and the LBJ parking lot will be $10 with limited free parking also in lots 70, 80 and 99, which are located off of Dedman Drive, south of Mike Myers Stadium. Lot 80 must be entered from 20th Street.
The Orange-White Game will be broadcast live at 4 p.m. Central on FSN Southwest and Fox College Sports Central.
