Why I came to Texas: I grew up a Texas fan, but as I got older, I saw what a great education I could get here, what a great coaching staff I’d get to play for, the winning tradition that the Longhorns have, and I feel like the family atmosphere here is just awesome.

Why I came to Texas: I think going to Texas gives you the best chance to move on to bigger and better things both athletically and academically. The coaches and people are great here. The players are very accepting throughout the recruiting process and you can see why everyone talks about the family atmosphere here.

* Was born in England and also lived in New Mexico, North Carolina and Turkey before moving to San Antonio
Why I came to Texas: The Texas football team has been a powerhouse. I really liked coach Tolley and coach Muschamp. You look at what coach Tolley has done here. He’s such a good coach and coach Muschamp’s credentials speak for themselves. I knew they could teach me how to become a good football player, but I also knew they were going to make me a better person and help me develop the skills off the field that I need to be successful.

Why I chose Texas: I chose Texas because of the family atmosphere. For such a big community, it feels just like a hometown to me. Coach Brown, coach Muschamp and coach Tolly all remind me of my high school coaches and I can relate to everybody here.
