AUSTIN, Texas -- To celebrate the life of Darrell Royal and to honor his legacy, UT Athletics is hosting a public memorial at the Frank Erwin Center on Tuesday, Nov. 13. The program is scheduled to begin at noon.
Friends, fans and supporters of UT Athletics are all invited to attend, and enter through arena-level doors to the Erwin Center. Doors open at 10:30 a.m., and seating is open throughout the arena and mezzanine.
Free parking will be offered to those attending the memorial service in the Trinity (TRG) and Manor (MAG) garages, as well as in surface lots 104 and 118. ADA parking is available in lot 118. A shuttle service will be provided from these parking locations to the Erwin Center entrances beginning at 10 a.m.
The event will be carried live on Longhorn Network, live-streamed on TexasSports.com and carried live on KVET AM 1300 The Zone.
